Customer Service Manager needed for Short-Term Property Rental Company
We are a short-term property rental company (Airbnb, etc), with many houses throughout the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles, and we are also now expanding to the Torrance area.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing virtual customer service staff
- Greeting guests at properties upon check-in
- Other tasks to be determined
The position requires working primarily from our Van Nuys office, except when visiting the properties.
